Pertemps are currently recruiting for Track Loaders to join a busy manufacturing business based in Dudley.

Working as part of the powder coating production team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading metal components onto an automatic powder coating line, ensuring products are positioned correctly and kept moving efficiently through the process.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, production, warehouse or metalwork experience who is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to become permanent.

As a Track Loader, your responsibilities will include:

• Loading metal components onto an automatic powder coating line
• Ensuring components are correctly positioned and securely loaded
• Unloading finished components from the track
• Checking products for damage or defects
• Keeping the production line running efficiently
• Moving and handling metal components safely
• Following production instructions and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Working as part of a busy manufacturing team
• Following all health and safety procedures

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience working on a production line is desirable
• Experience handling metal components would be an advantage
• Good attention to detail
• A good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
• The ability to work at pace in a busy production environmentA reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good attendance and timekeeping
• The ability to work well as part of a team

• £12.71 per hour
• £6.50 shift allowance per shift
• Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm
• £32.50 additional shift allowance per week based on a 5-day week
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
