Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a CNC Setter to work in their leading facility in Halesowen. For the successful CNC Setter our client is offering:
Starting pay rate of £15 - £16 per hour 7am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday - 37 hours per week Permanent position Free Parking Overtime opportunities are paid at x1.5 (Time and a half) The role - CNC Setter:
Managing offsets and monitoring quality Use of relevant tools (Micrometers & Verniers) Setting of tools and fixtures, making required adjustments to offsets on all CNC machines. CNC Machining prototypes or production batch work Machining of a variety of materials Look after the day to day maintenance of the CNC machining centres Keep work area and C.N.C clean, tidy and safe at all times Working to different tolerances Working from engineering drawings Perform routine maintenance of machinery/equipment Machining own JIGS and fixtures What our client is looking for in a CNC Setter:
Experienced with Fanuc Controls or Heidenhain Able to use Measurement Tools Able to read from drawings Experience machining various materials Methodical approach to work Able to work on a variety of projects Milling or Turning experience Key skills or similar Job titles: CNC Setter, CNC Setting, CNC Machinist, Milling, Turning, CNC, CNC Machining Commutable From:
