Salary:
Up to £34,000 per annum

Coats Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Lye.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established team, working on steel components and fabrications to meet engineering specifications and quality standards.

The role:

• MIG and TIG welding steel components.
• Working with material thicknesses from approximately 2.5mm to 20mm.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings.
• Producing high-quality welds and ensuring work meets required standards.
• Working safely and meeting production deadlines.

What we're looking for:

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Experience working with steel and different material thicknesses.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• A strong focus on quality, safety and attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete a practical weld test as part of the recruitment process.

What's on offer?

• Salary up to £34,000 per annum.
• 34 days' holiday, including bank holidays.
• An additional day off for your birthday.
• Monday–Thursday, 7am–4pm.
• Friday, 7am–1pm.
