We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Ecommerce & Digital team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around one to two years' marketing experience who is looking to specialise in email marketing and customer communications.

Working closely with our Email Marketing Lead, you will support the planning, creation and optimisation of email campaigns across both our B2B and D2C ecommerce channels throughout the EMEA region.

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn how to build engaging customer communications, develop targeted campaigns, analyse performance and help shape customer journeys across some of the world's best-known fishing brands.

• Support the planning, creation and scheduling of email campaigns across EMEA.
• Build and deliver campaigns within our CRM platform.
• Work with marketing teams across Europe to coordinate campaign content and translations.
• Help develop customer segmentation, automated journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and support continuous improvement through testing and optimisation.
• Collaborate with Digital, Brand Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams.

You’ll have:

• Around one to two years' marketing experience, with exposure to email marketing or CRM.
• Experience creating or scheduling email campaigns using an email marketing platform.
• Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for CRM, customer communications and digital marketing.
• Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify or other CRM systems would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
