Location: Brierley Hill
The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust in Brierley Hill is seeking a Clinical Triage Nurse to join the Care Navigation Centre on a 12-month contract, delivering telephone triage, clinical advice and signposting.
You will work within an integrated team, provide phone triage and assessment to support urgent care, and help prevent unnecessary hospital attendances across the health economy. Flexibility is required with shifts across 8am–9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
