Interim Nursing Home Manager – StourbridgeNew Way Recruitment is seeking an experienced, compassionate and decisive Interim Nursing Home Manager to provide strong leadership within a well-established nursing care environment in Stourbridge.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide confident day-to-day leadership across the nursing home.
- Ensure consistently high standards of clinical care, safeguarding and resident wellbeing.
- Lead, motivate and develop the management and care teams.
- Maintain strong oversight of governance, compliance, audits and quality assurance.
- Drive improvements against regulatory and organisational standards.
- Monitor staffing, performance, recruitment, training and workforce planning.
- Work collaboratively with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Respond effectively to incidents, complaints and emerging risks.
- Promote a positive, respectful and person-centred culture throughout the service.
- Provide clear leadership during a period of interim management and support sustainable improvements.
