Key Responsibilities

• Provide confident day-to-day leadership across the nursing home.

• Lead, motivate and develop the management and care teams.
• Maintain strong oversight of governance, compliance, audits and quality assurance.
• Drive improvements against regulatory and organisational standards.
• Monitor staffing, performance, recruitment, training and workforce planning.
• Work collaboratively with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• Respond effectively to incidents, complaints and emerging risks.
• Promote a positive, respectful and person-centred culture throughout the service.
• Provide clear leadership during a period of interim management and support sustainable improvements.
