Working Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00 (flexibility required)

• Analyse and report quality data to identify trends and support improvement activities
• Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys, 8D, and corrective action tracking
• Manage internal and external quality issues, including rejects, scrap, and customer returns
• Mentor and engage employees to improve quality ownership at all levels
• Support the implementation and maintenance of process controls and quality standards
• Produce and maintain quality documentation such as SOPs and quality alerts
• Conduct inspections and process audits to ensure compliance across operations
• Maintain accurate quality records and communicate performance to stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with production teams to drive a "quality first" culture

• Experience with quality systems, standards, and problem‑solving tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report data
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to improvement
• IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office

• Foundry or manufacturing experience (ideally ductile iron)
• Knowledge of Lean and root cause analysis methodologies
• Awareness of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949

This role would suit someone currently working as a Quality Engineer, Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or Process Quality Engineer looking to take on more responsibility within a manufacturing or foundry environment.
