Are you an experienced Metrology Engineer with strong CMM and GD&T knowledge?
We’re looking for a skilled Metrology Engineer to join a quality-focused manufacturing environment in Kingswinford. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for dimensional measurement, CMM programming, MSA and supporting NPI and continuous improvement.

Job Description- Measuring production and NPI parts using contact and non-contact CMMs
- Creating and programming measurement routines
- Using PC-DMIS and Nikon NEXIV optical measurement equipment
- Carrying out PPAP and Annual Layout Inspections
- Planning and completing MSA studies
- Analysing measurement data to improve processes and measurement technique
- Previous experience working within a Metrology or laboratory environment
- Strong CMM programming and measurement experience
- Essential experience with PC-DMIS and Nikon NEXIV
- Excellent understanding of GD&T and first-principles measurement
- Good knowledge of MSA, SPC and statistical analysis
- Experience supporting PPAP/NPI/APQP
