  • Working cross-functionally to improve processes, systems and working practices.
  • Managing incident investigations, identifying root causes and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
  • Monitoring performance against key QHSE measures and reporting on trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting the site's environmental and sustainability objectives.
  • Promoting a positive culture around Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental responsibility.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
What's required?
  • Previous experience within Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety management, ideally within food manufacturing or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments.
  • Confidence managing incidents, investigations and corrective actions.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What's in it for you?

A genuinely flexible opportunity working 30 hours across either four or five days, alongside a salary of £35,000.
