Our client is a well-established manufacturing business, committed to quality excellence, continuous improvement and delivering high standards across all areas of their operation.
The roleWe are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities across a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving quality standards, enhancing operational performance and ensuring customer and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance framework.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage customer quality concerns, audits, and non-conformance processes.
- Lead and support quality teams across multiple departments and sites.
- Monitor quality performance, implement best practices, and promote a strong quality culture.
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or Quality Assurance leadership role within heavy engineering, manufacturing, casting, metals, automotive, aerospace, foundry or similar industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing and compliance standards.
- Experience leading continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
- Ability to analyse quality data and drive measurable performance improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
