This role involves leading and motivating a team of sales colleagues, managing stock levels, and coordinating visual merchandising to drive sales performance. Key duties include deputising for the Store Manager in their absence, conducting staff appraisals and training sessions, resolving customer complaints, and monitoring KPIs such as conversion rates and average transaction values.
