Shop Manager

Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers have a brilliant experience—whether they order in store or online. While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

We’re looking for someone with a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, extensive experience delivering excellent customer service, and experience working in a food‑on‑the‑go environment or retail.
