Field Sales Executive

Location:

Dudley, West Midlands.

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hour per week. Salary: £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K). Car allowance: £250 per month. Business travel paid.

You’ve got sales experience in spades, you’re confident, ambitious and hungry to earn.

• Go door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband they can trust.
• Manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• Drive your performance by hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
• Build relationships with the local community and internally.
• Be open to feedback, eager to learn, and adapt your approach.

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Driven by achieving targets and motivated by results.
• Solid sales experience, ideally face‑to‑face, and ability to engage people and secure commitments.
• Friendly, confident, and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident working independently, managing time and meeting field targets.

• Basic salary of £25,000 + uncapped commission with an OTE of £50K.
