Telesales Advisor - Office Based

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Promote obtain appointments for the sales team byusing solid and accurateproduct information to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through referrals and leads
• Performing cold calls if you are not generating enough referrals / leads
• Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within the designated timeframe
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Skills and experience required:

• Prior sales experience, and target driven
• Excellent health and a fast learner
• Experience in the Compliance industry will be advantageous
• A minimum of Grade 12, a tertiary qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literate
• Presentable and professional
• Focussed on building long-term relationships
