Internal Sales Executive

TiMOTION Europe has been established in Europe since 2011, providing innovative electric solutions for industrial applications. Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Internal Sales position based in Kingswinford.

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic individual who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities. This is more than an order‑processing role – we seek someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and motivated to pick up the phone, engage with customers, and help drive sales growth.

You will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, actively following up quotations, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and supporting outbound sales initiatives. Working closely with our external sales, logistics, and technical teams, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while contributing to ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively follow up quotations and enquiries to convert opportunities into orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross‑sell, and develop customer accounts.
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Support outbound sales campaigns and prospecting activities.
  • Process orders and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
  • Liaise with logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent after‑sales support.
  • Support the external sales team and contribute to achieving company sales objectives.
Qualifications
  • A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and building lasting relationships.
  • A proactive attitude with the motivation to seek out opportunities rather than wait for them.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or another customer‑facing role is beneficial, but personality, ambition, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A positive, resilient mindset and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience with in an industrial, technical, or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not essential.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional European languages would be beneficial.
