Join Pro Cook as a Sales Advisor!

At Pro Cook, we believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We are looking for a confident, customer‑centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high‑quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

As a Sales Advisor, you will help create an inviting shopping environment, ensuring every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of Pro Cook, assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

We have a permanent contract for 8 hrs per week, working 2 out of 3 days, ideally Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, at our Merry Hill store.

• Welcome and engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Share product knowledge to inspire and guide buying decisions
• Demonstrate products and communicate offers in a way that builds trust and adds value
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through quality customer interactions
• Maintain an appealing store environment and support visual merchandising
• Process transactions accurately and professionally
• Learn and develop through structured training and ongoing coaching

• Confident, articulate, and comfortable talking with customers
• Previous customer‑facing sales experience
• Enjoy learning about products and sharing that knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Retail or customer service experience
• Able to work to clear performance expectations and sales targets
• Flexible to work weekends and peak times based on a rota

• Salary is £13.45 per hour – we are a Real Living Wage employer
