Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced sales professional looking to build your career in the freight and logistics industry? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team in Halesowen.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts while promoting a range of freight and logistics services. You'll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and ensure customers receive outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to maximise sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell a range of freight and logistics services.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the CRM system.

• Previous sales experience is essential, ideally within freight, logistics, transport, or a business-to-business environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to winning and retaining business.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
