Flourish in Rowley Regis is seeking a Trainee Sales Associate to join our growing logistics technology business and to commence a fully funded apprenticeship designed to develop the core skills needed for a successful long-term sales career.
You will start by handling inbound enquiries, supporting existing customers, and learning consultative selling, relationship management and customer success. After 12 months, there is potential to move into outbound sales and new client acquisition.
