Exeter Job Type: Full-time (Temporary, up to 9 weeks) Reed is seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our client's Apprenticeships Hub team in Exeter. This role is ideal for someone who can start immediately and is available to work full-time for up to 9 weeks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating high-quality apprenticeship leads by engaging employers and supporting business development activities.

Day-to-day of the role:
Engage prospective employers across priority sectors to increase the apprenticeship vacancy pipeline. Generate apprenticeship vacancies through proactive outbound calls. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and outcomes using CRM systems. Support the overall business development activity and drive awareness of the apprenticeship offerings. Qualifications:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and networking. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Experience in sales, recruitment, or employer engagement is desirable. Knowledge of apprenticeships or the further education sector is advantageous. Benefits:
