Job Description:

Recruiter / Sales role in Richmond. Either candidate or client driven. No experience necessary, but you will have expert people skills. Basic  great recruiter commission scheme.

You will be:

keen on a career in sales. Very sociable, very driven, empathetic, have strong levels of personal confidence, and belief in yourself. You will be trained in-house to create a strong list of candidates and / or clients using new business, and relationship building skills. Salary dependent on education and experience. · Forming deep relationships with clients and candidates
· Broker between clients and candidates
· New business calls / cold-calling contacts to understand hiring needs
· Advertising / Networking to uncover candidates
· Maintaining relationships

· Previous sales experience really is desirable Previous sales experience would be good even if it’s informal, i.e organising social events and having them turn out to be a big deal. Any of the following experience ideal: B2B sales Telesales Broker BD (Business Development) Preferred:
