full-time Administrator on behalf of our client based in

Halesowen
. This is an excellent

temp-to-perm opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to join a busy and supportive team.

• Providing general administrative support across the business
• Generating and sending customer quotations
• Raising and processing invoices
• Conducting follow-up sales calls to previous customers
• Making outbound cold calls to prospective new businesses
• Supporting the despatch function and helping ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time
• Liaising with customers regarding orders, enquiries, and deliveries
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Experience with in a warehouse, manufacturing, or engineering environment is highly desirable
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Comfortable making outbound sales and cold calls
  
  Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• £14.00 per hour
