Car Sales Executive

Location: Stourbridge

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established main dealer in Stourbridge for a Car Sales Executive. This opportunity offers a comprehensive package with uncapped earning potential and excellent career progression prospects.

Benefits for the successful Car Sales Executive:

Basic salary of £21,000 with an OTE of up to £45,000, uncapped
Five-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a regular day off during the week and no Sundays

Duties:

Meeting and greeting customers throughout each day
Conducting test drives with prospective buyers
Explaining finance options in a clear, professional manner
Assessing customer requirements and matching them with suitable vehicles
Working towards demanding sales targets whilst contributing as part of a collaborative team
Providing outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction remains the top priority

Requirements:

Proven experience in car sales or a similar automotive role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales ability with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as a Car Sales Executive
Full UK driving licence
Passion for the automotive industry and a professional approach to customer dealings
