The core focus of this New Business Account Executive role is client acquisition. This position is suited to someone who thrives on developing their own pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term relationships.

Responsibilities of the New Business Account Executive:

- Build a pipeline of new commercial clients, with a focus on sustainable, long-term relationships.

- Uncover new opportunities and clients.

- Deliver tailored risk solutions, maintaining a high level of technical accuracy and client service.

- Retain and grow a new book of commercial clients.

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience as a New Business Account Executive.

- A confident and credible approach to building relationships at all levels.

- Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial lines.

- Self-motivated, resilient, and a proactive professional.

- Ideally Cert CII qualified and working towards Dip CII.
