About the Role

Work within a dynamic Family Help service supporting families to thrive
Deliver targeted, relationship-based interventions at the right time
Use a Restorative Model of Practice with family-led decision making
Apply Motivational Interviewing techniques to drive meaningful change
Support families to manage complex parenting challenges and reduce risk
Complete assessments, child protection plans, and court work
Contribute to strong permanency planning, including kinship arrangements

Requirements

SWE Registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
Post-qualified Social Work experience
Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
