Family Support Worker (3 positions)

Salary: £28,598 – £31,022 per annum (Full Time, Permanent)

• Assess, plan and deliver effective Early Help interventions for children, young people and families.
• Engage families, develop and implement care plans in partnership with multi‑agency professionals.
• Manage a varied caseload, build positive relationships, lead meetings and support families to achieve sustainable change.
• Travel across Dudley borough as required to work at Dudley’s Best Start Family Hubs.

• Previous experience working with children, young people and families in a support or social care setting.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to the Families First approach.
• Excellent communication, organisational and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships and support families to reach sustainable outcomes.

• Based within Dudley’s Best Start Family Hubs (Brierley Hill, Coseley / Dudley North, Dudley Central, Lye / Halesowen, Stourbridge).
• Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro‑ratio) or onsite full time.
