Location: Brierley Hill
Dudley Council is seeking a diligent Business Support Officer to join the Free School Meals Team. The role focuses on administering applications, providing excellent customer service and keeping accurate records across the MyDudley and Synergy systems.
Working 16.5 hours per week with some in-office days, you will assess eligibility, liaise with schools and parents, process applications, and ensure compliant, timely responses in line with policy and safeguarding requirements.
