Key Responsibilities of a Housing Support Officer:
Providing 1:1 housing support to young adults and care leavers Supporting residents to maintain tenancies and develop independent living skills Creating, reviewing and updating support plans Offering guidance around welfare benefits and housing benefits Signposting to relevant services and agencies Maintaining accurate records and case notes Working in line with safeguarding and organisational policies What We'd Love To See From You:
Previous experience providing housing support or similar support work Strong understanding of support planning and tenancy sustainment Knowledge of welfare benefits and housing-related support Ability to build positive, professional relationships with young people Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) What’s on Offer for this Housing Support Officer role:
