Job Overview

JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Reach Driver on behalf of our Dudley-based client. This role is based within a busy warehouse environment and requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of reach forklifts and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate reach forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently

* Load and unload goods from lorries and containers, ensuring safe handling at all times

* Support shipping and receiving operations, checking deliveries against documentation

* Carry out routine equipment checks and report or assist with basic maintenance

* Maintain an organised and tidy warehouse, ensuring materials are stored correctly

* Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and manage stock levels

* Perform general materials handling duties in line with health and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience operating a reach forklift in a warehouse or industrial environment

* A valid and in-date FLT Reach Licence (essential)

* Ability to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely

* Basic maths skills for stock control and record keeping

* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Working Hours

* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30

* Friday: 08:00 – 13:30

* £12.71 per hour

* Temp to Perm opportunity after 13 weeks

* Ongoing, full-time work with early finish on Fridays
