Street Scene Operative Level 3 – 37 hours per week

Lister Road Depot, Lister Road, Dudley.

We are looking to recruit a talented Street Scene Operative – Level 3 (Grade
6), to work in our Street Scene team on a permanent full‑time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking, dedicated team committed to delivering the best customer‑focused street cleansing and grounds maintenance services.

• Conduct street cleansing operations as part of a team
• Act as a charge hand, leading a small team of operatives
• Perform litter picking duties, cutting back, and cleansing gateways into the borough
• Cleans hot‑spot areas and remove general detritus
• Operate a 3.5‑ton tipper vehicle to cover scheduled routes around the borough
• Work on a 37‑hour per week schedule

• Must be able to provide documentation proving the right to work in the UK
• Valid driving licence and experience operating a tipper vehicle preferred
• Flexibility to work within a full‑time, on‑site schedule
• Can‑do attitude and commitment to improving service delivery
