Responsible for managing pick sheet orders from warehouse staff and management, accurately selecting inventory from shelves to fulfil orders. Tasks include packaging orders, shrink-wrapping items onto pallets, and loading them onto trucks for timely delivery. Ensures all orders are correct, maintains up-to-date inventory records, and contributes to efficient warehouse operations. Additionally, delivers goods to customer premises, verifies delivery accuracy, obtains signed documentation, and collects any returns.

• Manage picking orders to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Select warehouse items based on specifications such as size, colour, quantity, and quality.
• Prepare and stage items appropriately for dispatch.
• Operate handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Plan and oversee product storage, replenishment, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock control systems to process specific orders efficiently.
• Ensure warehouse targets and performance goals are achieved.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Securely shrink-wrap products onto pallets for shipment.
• Load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver goods to customer premises, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist driver operatives as needed.
• Verify goods with customers and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
• Pack warehouse orders as required to support team operations.
• Utilise scanners to ensure accurate inventory management and order picking.
• Perform general warehouse duties and other tasks as required.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory management.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Capability to remain standing and active for extended periods.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative in completing tasks.
