This position is responsible for the following tasks and activities:
Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1041, and 990. Position requires meeting with clients during the preparation activities.
Prepare statements of profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow for clients monthly, quarterly or annually, or as otherwise required.
Prepare paychecks for clients, and other payroll activities, including preparing IRS tax Forms 940, 941, state sales, use, and withholding tax forms and state unemployment tax forms.
