Position Overview

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist for Spring 2026 to be the first point of contact for our clients during tax season. This role is ideal for a college student who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining professional office experience in a CPA firm.

You will help keep the office running smoothly by welcoming clients, managing documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the assembly of client tax returns.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner
  • Receive, organize, and track client tax documents
  • Schedule and manage client appointments and meetings
  • Assemble client paper copies of completed tax returns
  • Scan, file, and maintain electronic and paper records
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
  • Support the tax team during the busy tax season
