Stewart CPAs is a small, locally owned tax practice serving individuals and small businesses in the Marietta/Woodstock area. We pride ourselves on providing friendly, personalized service to our clients and a supportive, hands‑on learning environment for students. Our office is conveniently located very close to Kennesaw State University
, making this a great opportunity for local college students.
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist for Spring 2026 to be the first point of contact for our clients during tax season. This role is ideal for a college student who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining professional office experience in a CPA firm.
You will help keep the office running smoothly by welcoming clients, managing documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the assembly of client tax returns.
Responsibilities- Greet clients in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner
- Receive, organize, and track client tax documents
- Schedule and manage client appointments and meetings
- Assemble client paper copies of completed tax returns
- Scan, file, and maintain electronic and paper records
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
- Support the tax team during the busy tax season
- How a professional tax office operates during peak season
- Client service and communication skills
- Organization and document management in a confidential environment
- Scheduling and workflow coordination in a CPA firm
- Professional office etiquette and time management
- Current college student (any major; accounting or business a plus but not required)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (email, scanning, document organization)
- Ability to handle confidential client information professionally
- No prior tax or office experience required — training provided
- Flexible part‑time schedule around classes
