Administration and Compliance Assistant Intern (Full-Time)

We are seeking a motivated full-time Administration and Compliance Assistant Intern to support our administrative and compliance functions in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and eager to learn about compliance processes, documentation, and administrative operations while contributing to team efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to compliance, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance reports, spreadsheets, and logs using Excel.
  • Help track certifications, licenses, insurance documents, and employee compliance requirements.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining project files and internal records.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative and compliance processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workflows and organization.
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance documentation as needed.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated responsibility or leadership potential through school, work, or volunteer experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
