About Us:

We are a Brooklyn-based startup introducing young children to Padel—the world’s fastest-growing racquet sport—through a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate program. Our mission is to help kids build confidence, coordination, and social skills through play-based movement and age-tailored instruction.

We are seeking passionate and talented coaches to lead weekday classes at our partner locations in Brooklyn. Coaches will also play a key role in shaping the program as we continue to refine the curriculum, scale, and develop partnerships with local clubs and schools.

• Lead group classes and instructional sessions at Padel Palz locations
• Incorporate play-based and age-appropriate movement techniques into sports instruction
• Communicate with parents and club partners in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Help build a positive and inclusive culture for children and families

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with nursery and early elementary-aged children (ages 2–7)
• Some background in racquet sports (padel, tennis, squash, etc.) as a player, coach, or recreational instructor
• Demonstrated experience organizing play-based physical or athletic activities for young children
• Energetic, patient, and highly dependable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)

• Early childhood education background or certification
• Experience working in schools, camps, or youth sports programs
• Familiarity with the NYC preschool landscape or padel community is a plus

Above-market hourly compensation of $30-$60/hr depending on experience and availability. Significant growth opportunities as the program scales.
