We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Accountant with a CPA license and proven experience preparing and reviewing personal and business tax returns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and is committed to delivering accurate, strategic tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review individual (Form 1040) and business tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065)
  • Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex tax issues
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
  • Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings
  • Maintain organized work papers and documentation to support filings
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client service
  • Stay current on tax law changes and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues
Qualifications
  • Active CPA license (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
    Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in tax preparation and compliance for both individuals and businesses
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. tax codes and regulations
  • Proficiency with tax software (e.g., Pro Connect, Ultra Tax, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
