The Collections Analyst I plays an important role in supporting the company’s financial health by ensuring customer accounts are managed accurately and efficiently. This position is responsible for communicating with customers to collect outstanding balances and managing a portfolio of accounts within an assigned territory. The Collections Analyst works closely with internal teams, including deductions, cash applications, sales, and administrative partners, to resolve account issues and ensure payments are processed correctly.
This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, analyze account activity, and contribute to ongoing improvements and special projects within the finance organization.
