Progress | Professional Counseling Associates LLC is a private, faith-based, clinical counseling group practice in Wapakoneta, Ohio. We are currently seeking Licensed Counselors and Social Workers to join our team and respond to the growing demand for quality services across West Central Ohio. In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based, and values-driven counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Solution-Focused Therapy
• Document clinical progress, maintain accurate client records, and adhere to all ethical and legal requirements
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional development
• Collaborate with other providers and community resources to ensure effective and coordinated care

• Alignment with the practice’s Mission, Vision, and Values
• Master’s Degree in clinical counseling, social work, or related field preferred; may consider Bachelor’s level candidate
• Active, unrestricted license, Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LPCC‑S), Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LISW‑S)
• Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning and execution
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, values-driven, and patient-centered care

• Full-Time: minimum 25 client hours/week
• Part-Time: minimum 15 client hours/week
• In-Office
• Hybrid
• Competitive compensation: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour based on education, experience, and licensure
• Independence to set your work schedule, caseload size, and clinical specialties
