Full-Time Job Hospitality, Events & Tourism

Location: Eagle Sky Camp
Season: Summer (Full Summer Commitment Required)

Position Summary

Eagle Sky’s Hospitality & Residential Life Team exists to create an environment where campers, guests, and staff can fully experience rest, excellence, and life-changing moments in a Christ-centered setting. This team is foundational to the daily operations of camp and plays a critical role in the overall Eagle Sky experience.

Hospitality & Residential Life Team members may serve in Housekeeping
, Food Service
, or Residential Leadership (Resident Director) roles depending on skills, experience, and organizational needs. All positions require a heart for service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence behind the scenes and in community leadership.

This is a full-summer, on-site commitment and is not designed for those seeking short-term or intermittent work.

Areas of Service Housekeeping

Housekeeping team members ensure that cabins, lodges, restrooms, and common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times. Excellence in cleanliness directly supports the comfort, health, and experience of everyone on campus.

  • Cleaning and maintaining cabins, restrooms, offices, and common spaces
  • Preparing facilities for incoming campers and guest groups
  • Following established sanitation, safety, and operational procedures
  • Working efficiently and independently while supporting team goals
Food Service

Food Service team members support meal preparation, service, and cleanup while helping create a warm, efficient, and hospitable dining experience. This role is fast-paced and highly collaborative.

  • Assisting with food preparation, serving, and dishwashing
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas
  • Following food safety and sanitation standards
  • Supporting kitchen leadership and daily service operations
Resident Director

Resident Directors serve in a leadership capacity, providing oversight and care for staff living in Eagle Sky housing. This role helps establish healthy community, accountability, and spiritual support throughout the summer.

  • Overseeing residential life and enforcing community standards
  • Supporting staff wellbeing, conflict resolution, and accountability
  • Serving as an on-call presence for residential needs or concerns
  • Partnering with Eagle Sky leadership to foster a Christ-centered culture
General Expectations (All Roles)
  • Ability to commit to the entire summer season
  • Willingness to live and work in a Christian camp community
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal responsibility
  • Flexibility to support operational needs as they arise
  • Ability to follow direction, systems, and established standards
  • Alignment with Eagle Sky’s mission, values, and code of conduct
The Perfect Fit

The ideal Hospitality & Residential Life Team member is service-minded, dependable, and mission-driven. You understand that excellence in hospitality — whether cleaning a cabin, serving a meal, or leading a residential community — creates the foundation for meaningful, life-changing experiences.

You take initiative, work well with others, and approach every task with humility and purpose. You are not looking for “just a summer job,” but an opportunity to serve, grow, and contribute to something bigger than yourself.

Why Serve at Eagle Sky?
  • Be part of a Christ-centered mission and community
  • Serve in a professional, high-standard environment
  • Grow in leadership, responsibility, and character
  • Make a lasting impact on campers, guests, and fellow staff
  • Live and work in a beautiful outdoor setting
