• Be the Manager on Duty — the calm in the storm, the problem‑solver, the guest‑whisperer
• Team up with other departments to keep everything running smoother than a La Jolla sunset
• Lead by example and sprinkle kindness, professionalism, and positivity like confetti
• Handle guest requests, tricky situations, and spontaneous dance‑offs (okay, maybe not… but you totally could)

• Have big energy and a heart for hospitality
• Thrive in fast‑paced, people‑packed environments
• Love solving problems and making someone’s day
• Know how to lead a team while keeping it light, fun, and efficient
• Have hotel/hospitality leadership experience (bonus points if you’ve ever been a Front Desk rockstar!)
