We are an independent insurance agency dedicated to helping business owners protect and grow what they’ve built. Our focus is on providing tailored risk management, life insurance, and business protection solutions. We are seeking a motivated Sales Producer who thrives on building strong relationships with entrepreneurs and decision-making partners.

This is a Part‑time on‑site role for a Producer located in Chicago, IL. The Producer will prospect, network, and close sales with business owners and key decision‑makers. They will be involved in client meetings, policy and contract documentation, risk assessment, and ensuring that all activities are compliant with industry regulations. Producers work closely with the servicing and underwriting teams.

• Identify and prospect small‑to‑mid‑size business owners across industries.
• Conduct needs analysis and present tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through trust and ongoing service.
• Network through community events, associations, and referrals to generate new opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales production goals with a focus on new business growth.

• Strong willingness to learn about policy and contract documentation and risk assessment.
• Excellent client relationship management and networking skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
• Insurance license (Life & Health, P&C) preferred or ability to obtain in 90 days.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
