Inventory Production Builder (Computer-Based Role)

Compensation: $20 an hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Production Builder to manage and plan product production runs using Excel-based inventory reports and our inventory management system. This role requires Excel skills, comfort working across inventory platforms, and strong sports knowledge, especially the NFL, with working familiarity of NBA and MLB to ensure production runs are accurate, balanced, and aligned with product standards.

• Review and analyze Excel inventory reports to determine product availability and demand
• Select and allocate products for each production run based on inventory levels and standards
• Build and enter production runs into the inventory management system for picking and fulfillment
• Ensure production runs are balanced, accurate, and compliant with internal product guidelines
• Cross-check data to prevent inventory discrepancies, shortages, or duplication
• Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to support efficient picking and execution
• Maintain organized digital records and update inventory data as needed
• Use sports knowledge (NFL-focused; NBA/MLB familiarity) to ensure correct product categorization and combinations

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables, data validation preferred)
• Comfortable working in inventory management systems and database-driven tools
• Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
• Deep knowledge of NFL teams, players, and products; working knowledge of NBA and MLB
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple production runs simultaneously

• Experience in inventory planning, production building, or fulfillment operations
• Background in sports memorabilia, trading cards, or licensed sports products
• Familiarity with SKU management and pick/pack workflows
• Fully computer-based, desk-focused role
• Requires extended time reviewing spreadsheets and inventory systems

• Production runs are consistently accurate, balanced, and error-free
• Inventory data aligns cleanly between Excel reports and the inventory system
