With active holdings throughout Manhattan, Long Island, and Connecticut, we are a fast‑growing firm seeking a resourceful and personable Leasing Assistant / Marketing Specialist to join our team full‑time.

This is a hands‑on role that combines leasing and marketing responsibilities across a diverse real estate portfolio. You’ll play a key role in driving occupancy and elevating our brand presence by supporting property marketing initiatives, conducting apartment showings, and helping manage day‑to‑day leasing operations. This position offers meaningful exposure to the fast‑paced NYC real estate market and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic, entrepreneurial team.

• Assist in marketing efforts across our portfolio, including managing building websites, Street Easy listings, social media content, and third‑party platforms
• Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and virtual staging vendors to enhance listing quality
• Conduct apartment showings and maintain regular communication with prospective tenants
• Support the leasing process from lead follow‑up to application processing and lease execution
• Assist with lease renewals and tenant retention initiatives
• Track performance metrics and support digital advertising and CRM reporting
• Collaborate with the acquisitions and asset management teams on special projects as needed

• 2+ years of leasing or real estate marketing experience (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and personable demeanor
• Familiarity with NYC multifamily market and platforms like Street Easy, Zillow, etc.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Intermediate photography and video editing skills

• $65,000 annual salary
