As an AT&T Business Associate, you will be key in connecting businesses with innovative wireless and internet AT&T solutions tailored to their needs. This AT&T Business Associate is where you will be responsible for connecting, engaging, presenting, and processing sales orders for businesses. As an AT&T Business Associate, you will be the expert in educating businesses about our services, providing them with the solutions that will drive their success.

AT&T Business Associate Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and develop new business opportunities by connecting with business to understand what their operations consist of and what services may best fit their needs
  • When engaging with customers, introduce tailored AT&T solutions and customized packages
  • Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers across various industries and business sizes
  • Educate customers on the benefits of wireless and internet services when managing their accounts
  • Facilitate account set up and close business agreements in alignment with objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to remain informed on the latest product offerings, service updates, and promotional initiatives
  • Represent the company’s values and vision while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications of the AT&T Business Associate:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong understanding of technologies and how they can benefit businesses and customers is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create engaging conversations
  • Results oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for building long-lasting relationships
