Job SummaryGeotarget is seeking a motivated and driven Associate Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing digital advertising sales team. This is a full‑cycle sales role designed for driven, motivated entry‑level professionals who want a real career in digital advertising sales. No college degree required.

Compensation & Career PathInitial base salary is $45,000 and increases to $55,000 upon promotion.
6.5% Commission on all closed deals

- Make 60+ outbound calls per day to small and mid‑size local businesses.
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, booking meetings, building audiences, presenting, and closing.
- Sell Geotarget’s full suite of advertising products, including:
- Audience targeting
- Video creation
- Content support
- Campaign management
- Full analytics & reporting
- Use a proven sales script and psychological sales framework (exclusivity, urgency, commitment bias).
- Apply coaching feedback through call reviews and daily improvement.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, campaign builds, and activity tracking.
- Follow the expectations outlined in our structured playbook and training process.
- Strong motivation, competitiveness, and willingness to perform at a high level.
- Excellent phone presence and composure under pressure.
- Coachable mindset – ability to take and implement feedback quickly.
- Strong time management and follow‑through.
- Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work.
- Confidence and clarity when presenting and closing deals.
