We are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experience. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Americas (Inside Sales) to drive growth across North America.

In this role, you will manage and expand relationships with distributors, channel partners, and direct clinical customers, identifying opportunities to grow our market share and deliver best-in-class service. The ideal candidate combines commercial drive with technical insight and an understanding of the medical diagnostics industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Manage and support distributors and direct accounts throughout the Americas, particularly in Latin America.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through proactive communication and account management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the diagnostics and laboratory market.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations, quotations, and proposals to clinical and distributor customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing — to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and market intelligence reports.
  • Participate in product training sessions, virtual events, and industry exhibitions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience; (medical devices, diagnostics, or laboratory products a plus).
  • Proven success managing regional or international accounts;
    Latin America experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese;
    Spanish a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
