Your Duties as a Sales Trainee
  • Engage with customers in a residential setting, introducing Frontier’s telecom services with confidence and energy.
  • Present products clearly, explain benefits, and close sales by tailoring solutions to customer needs.
  • Build trust with new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Master product knowledge to become the go‑to source for telecom solutions.
  • Collaborate with teammates to refine strategies and share winning approaches.
  • Track sales activity and performance goals to hit (and exceed) weekly targets.
  • Represent Taylor Made Connections and Frontier with professionalism at all times.
  • Stay adaptable and ready to pivot in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
