Your Duties as a Sales Trainee- Engage with customers in a residential setting, introducing Frontier’s telecom services with confidence and energy.
- Present products clearly, explain benefits, and close sales by tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Build trust with new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Master product knowledge to become the go‑to source for telecom solutions.
- Collaborate with teammates to refine strategies and share winning approaches.
- Track sales activity and performance goals to hit (and exceed) weekly targets.
- Represent Taylor Made Connections and Frontier with professionalism at all times.
- Stay adaptable and ready to pivot in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
