• Gain knowledge of the method, procedures, rules and regulations necessary to perform social service / case management support services
• Schedule monthly interactions with children, families, care workers, faster families
• Work with families to help them create a more productive environment
• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services
• Help provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing challenging situations
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care
• Assist families in understanding and utilizing resources from public and private social services to meet their needs

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• OR Associate’s Degree with 2 years of paraprofessional case management
• OR Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience as a County Social Service Aide III
