Are you passionate about sports, community, and high-energy events? Are you a college student, recent graduate, or former athlete? 25/EIGHT is seeking a core team of dependable, tech-savvy, and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent the SoCal Cup and AIM+ across a premier series of youth volleyball tournaments.

We aren’t just looking for “staff”—we are looking for the face of the brand. As we expand our regional footprint, you will be instrumental in creating an inclusive, high-octane environment for elite athletes (ages 12–18) and their families.

Event Date:
February 14-16, 2026 at the Baird Center.

• Drive Engagement: Be the “energy” at the AIM+ activation booth, greeting athletes and families with a professional, approachable vibe.
• Tech Advocacy: Assist users with the AIM+ digital platform—helping them sign up, navigate the app, and maximize their tournament experience.
• Brand Mission: Educate parents and coaches on the SoCal Cup mission of elite competition, safety, and athlete development.
• On-Site Ops: Assist with booth setup/teardown and ensure the activation area remains polished, organized, and inviting.

• Athlete-Centric & Emerging Sports Professionals: You understand the dynamics of youth sports. You are patient, energetic, and a master of positive interactions. Current college students or recent graduates with a genuine passion for the sports industry.
• Tech-Forward: You’re comfortable with digital platforms and can troubleshoot app sign-ups on the fly.
• Reliable & Mature: You have experience in live events or tournaments. (Preferred age range: 24–36).
• Polished Presence: You maintain a neat, athletic-casual appearance that aligns with a premier, family-oriented brand.
• Team Players: Individuals with a positive attitude who can collaborate effectively and keep morale high.
