TEAM LEADER – GROUND MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES – DUDLEY

UK Landscapes Ltd is currently recruiting for the role of Team Leader – Ground Maintenance Operatives – DUDLEY.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Region: Dudley

• Manage a small team of grounds maintenance operators.
• Work independently or within a small team across multiple commercial sites (retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces).
• Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance and reactive work on sites.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Use a mobile van, iPad and other equipment provided by the company.
• Conduct vehicle checks and maintain equipment.

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Proficiency with hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently and within a small team.

• Permanent positions available, with overtime at premium rate (not guaranteed).
• Company van and mobile equipment provided.
• Full PPE, tools and equipment supplied.
• Competitive salary £30k–£40k plus £48h per week paid through an annualised programme.
