We work closely with all teams across the business to keep our sites running smoothly. We support the movement of people, stock and supplies and make sure our workplaces are safe and well looked after.

As a Driver & Warehouse Operative, you’ll help keep our Netherlands operations connected by moving stock, equipment, supplies and colleagues safely and efficiently between our sites and local transport hubs.

A big part of your role will be driving, making sure the right people and items get to the right place at the right time. When you’re not on the road, you’ll support our Logistics and Operations teams with the practical work needed to keep stock moving through our sites.

This is a hands-on role that involves regular loading, unloading and movement of boxes, stock and equipment. You’ll work independently while driving and as part of the wider team on site, adapting your day as operational priorities change.

By keeping transport reliable and stock moving safely, you’ll help our teams work efficiently and keep valuable pre-loved items moving through our operation.

• Stock, equipment and supplies reach the right location safely and on time.
• Colleagues receive a safe, reliable and friendly transport service between agreed locations.
• Vehicles are checked, clean, safe and ready to use when needed.
• Stock is loaded, unloaded and moved carefully and efficiently, with items reaching the correct location.
• Warehouse and logistics areas remain organised, accessible and safe.
• Transport schedules, vehicle checks and required records are completed accurately and on time.
• You adapt to changing operational priorities and support the areas where you’re needed most.

• Drive safely between our Netherlands sites, transporting stock, equipment and supplies so they reach the right teams when needed.
• Transport colleagues safely and reliably between agreed local transport hubs and our sites.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS and navigation tools, adapting to traffic, collections and changing operational priorities.
• Secure stock and equipment correctly before transport, handling items carefully throughout their journey.
• Coordinate collections and deliveries with colleagues and external suppliers to keep planned movements running smoothly.

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently, taking care when handling stock and equipment.
• Move boxes, stock and equipment between vehicles, warehouses and work areas so operational teams have what they need.
• Organise stock in designated areas so it remains safe, accessible and easy for teams to locate.
• Use pallet trucks, forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely when trained and authorised to do so.
• Support daily stock movements and wider warehouse priorities when additional capacity is needed.
